What service do you currently offer?

We currently offer our Basic Wash & Dry service, designed to give your vehicle a thorough exterior clean and dry at your location.

How much does a wash cost?

Our Basic Wash & Dry is priced according to vehicle size:

Small — £15
Medium — £18
Large — £21

What areas do you currently cover?

We currently operate in Heeley, Gleadless Valley, Meersbrook and Newfield Green.

Our service area may expand as the business grows.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. Keegz Auto Care is a mobile service, meaning we come to the location you provide when making your booking request.

How do I book?

Use the Book Your Wash button on the website and complete the booking request form.

You'll provide your vehicle details, preferred date and time, and location.

Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the booking form?

No. Submitting the form sends us a booking request.

We'll review your requested date and time and contact you to confirm whether we're available.

What happens after I submit a booking request?

You'll receive confirmation that your request has been received. We'll then review the details within 1-2hrs and contact you to confirm your appointment.

Can I request a specific date and time?

Yes. You can provide your preferred date and time when submitting your booking request.

You can also provide an alternative date and time in case your first choice isn't available.

What vehicle sizes do you offer?

We currently use three vehicle-size categories for pricing:

Small
Medium
Large

If you're unsure which category your vehicle falls into, contact us and we'll help you determine the appropriate size.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major banks and contactless payment methods.

Do you offer memberships?

Memberships are coming soon.

We are working towards introducing recurring maintenance options in the future.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your requested appointment.

We'll discuss the available options with you.

Do I need to be present while my car is being washed?

Please follow any arrangements discussed when your appointment is confirmed. If you have specific circumstances or access requirements, let us know when making your booking request.

Do you clean the inside of the vehicle?

Our current advertised service is the Basic Wash & Dry. Interior cleaning is not currently advertised as part of the service YET .

Do you offer detailing or other car-care services?

Not currently. The website only advertises our Basic Wash & Dry service at this stage.

Additional services will be introduced in the near future.

What if the weather is unsuitable?

Because Keegz Auto Care operates outdoors, severe or unsuitable weather may affect an appointment.

If weather conditions mean your appointment cannot safely or effectively go ahead, we'll contact you to discuss rearranging it.

Can I book more than one vehicle?

Yes. If you'd like more than one vehicle cleaned, submit the relevant details when making your booking request or contact us directly so we can discuss your requirements.

Are you available outside the current service areas?

Our current service areas are Heeley, Gleadless Valley, Meersbrook and Newfield Green.

If you're just outside these areas, you can contact us and ask whether we can accommodate your location.
